Instructions:

1. Cut out - there are eight on the sheet.

2. Remove clear film and apply to clean dry skin (picture on skin).

3. Apply water (e.g. sponge) to the back and let soak for 10 seconds.

4. Slide (slip) the paper to the side and gently dry.

5. Do not wet the decal for 10 min before it dries.

You can use baby oil, rubbing alcohol, or duct tape to remove it. The decal works for 1-3 days, depending on the frequency of washing.

If you need to harmonize a certain part of the body more, place the decal preferably directly on this place (place a second decal parallel to the other half of the body in the same place), or on the seventh cervical vertebra (hump), where it works more strongly.
